Moose in SE Alaska




Babies




Mama and her babies






They are huge, horse-sized animals with long, thin legs and a pendulous snout.







An albino (NOT my pictures)






Males have enormous, flattened antlers and a prominent neck “bell” of skin and hair.





They are largely solitary animals that are crepuscular, meaning they are most active at dawn and dusk.
