Natural Behaviors: Brigantine NWR, New Jersey

Mating Laughing Gulls
The only gull that nests in Florida

Bathing Black Skimmer

Gull eating
First it carries the clam into the air and drops it on the cement of the boat ramp

Once the shell is cracked open

It's meal time

Least Sandpiper foraging

Found a marine worm

Pull out the worm

Perhaps "washing" the worm

Then it's Chow Time

Ruddy Turnstone, adult male foraging

And then the fight broke out
