St Marks NWR: 4-8-18




Marsh Rabbit
These rabbits tend to be nocturnal but when feeding they walk rather than hop.  They can also walk on their hind legs.  They swim well and will readily enter the water if pursued and may float almost entirely submerged with only the eyes and nose above water.
