Copper Harbor in Michigan's U.P. 5-18-17

Copper Harbor Lighthouse

Dunlin in breeding plumage

This is what Dunlin usually look like when they migrate through Florida not yet in breeding plumage with the black belly.

Nearby Eagle Harbor Lighthouse on the edge of an angry Lake Superior.  I took several videos of the raging lake but can't download them to the computer yet because we have no cell coverage. We'll get them in a blog as soon as we can.

Killdeer

Lindsay in the cold rain.

Least Sandpiper (Interestingly, we saw only one Dunlin, one Killdeer and one Least Sandpiper today)

Ring-necked Ducks (3 males and one female)

The first 2 months (March-April) of the Hawk Watch on top of Brockway Mountain the Hawk Watch counter had to use these to get to the top of the mountain.

Lindsay found another good wine!
